A security professional designs your system based on your home and how you live in it. We set up your Ajax Hub and account before it ships. You mount the equipment and add your devices in the Ajax app as you install them — most systems are screws and adhesive, not wiring. When you're done, we verify the completed system. If you want a monitoring center watching it, add monitoring. If you'd rather watch it yourself, that's a legitimate choice too.

In-home security surveys exist mostly to close a sale. The useful part — a professional asking good questions and explaining tradeoffs — takes about five minutes. We kept that part, put it online, and skipped the rest. Fewer trucks and fewer salespeople means we can charge less and still stay in business.
Fulfillment and support
A security professional reviews your recommendation, we set up your Ajax Hub and account, then ship the system with instructions. You add each device in the Ajax app as you install it — the app walks you through it. If you get stuck, contact us; a person who knows the equipment answers. When you're finished, tell us and we'll review the completed system, confirm the devices are reporting the way they should, and start monitoring if you selected it.
